About Rayana
A little more than a resume: how I got here, how I think, and what I actually enjoy doing.

I'm a CAPM®-certified Business Analyst based in Saudi Arabia, working at the intersection of business analysis, project management, and digital transformation. I'm drawn to the moment a messy, half-defined business problem turns into something structured: a requirement, a process map, a workflow someone can actually build from.
I studied Management Information Systems, which put me exactly where I wanted to be: close enough to the technical side to speak its language, and close enough to the business side to know what actually matters to the people asking for change. Most of my work since has lived in that overlap, translating what a business needs into something practical, whether that's a BRD, a KPI dashboard, or a process map that finally shows where the bottleneck really is.

I'm continuing to build depth in business transformation and digital transformation, staying close to the point where analysis turns into a decision, and a decision turns into something teams can execute. I'm looking for the next problem worth mapping.
